I'm looking for any suggestions regarding how to prepare for the many changes that are going to take place. In fact, I'd like to start changing some things now. Any ideas on how to start implementing some new lifestyle changes?

Hi everyone! So I had my psych eval today and I think it went well. I'm hanging in there and trying not to be too anxious about meeting the surgeon (Sept. 18th) but I feel like my days are dragging on and on. I feel sluggish and achey...as usual. I can't wait to not be fat anymore. I want to ride my bike with my son without having to stop every few blocks to catch my breath. I want to be able to go down the slide with him. I want to have some energy left at the end of the night to...well..you know, my husband. I'm getting very very excited about these things and really wish time would go just a little bit faster.
