It has been a while since I have posted anything!!!! Sorry! My journey has been so fast it seems. It seems like just yesterday I weighed 257 lbs. I am now down to 120 lbs. I have lost a total of 137 lbs in 18 months. I have leveled off and been around the same weight for about the last 4 or 5 months. I am in a size 6 jeans. Small or medium tops. I never realized that under all the fat of over a year ago I am actually petite. I have never been healthier and happier in my life. Thanks to Dr. Baker I am still learning to get to know myself all over. Learning to live again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!! I AM 12 PONDS FROM GOAL AND IT HAS ONLY BEEN 9 MONTHS!!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS GOD IS GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I PROBABLY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOSE MUCH MORE CAUSE OF MY SKIN MAYBE A LITTLE BUT MY STOMACH SKIN IS IN THE WAY! I AM IN SIZE 10 JEANS AND UNTIL I GET A TUMMY TUCK THAT IS PROBABLY AS LOW AS I CAN GO. I AM STARTING THIS WEEK TO REALY LIFT WEIGHTS FOR MY LEGS AND ARMS!!!!
PRAY FOR ME THAT I CAN DO ALL THE FIRMING UP I CAN DO ON MY OWN SO WHEN I DO GET A TUMMY TUCK NEXT FEB. I WILL HANDLE IT WELL! GOD BLESS ALL !!!!!
