Well I am one day after surgery!  So far doing well.  A bit sore today!  Am drinking, but very slowly and jello and pudding.  Which is so much better than the opti fast that i had to drink 2 weeks before surgery.  Thanks for the messages and support.  I am looking forward to getting on the loser's bench with you all. 

Well I didn't think it was possible, but I am finally having surgery Thursday 11/18/10!  I am on the 2 week liquid diet right now and all I can say is it is going.  I am so pumped for Thursday though.  It has been 1 year in trying to get the Lap-Band.  The reason for that is my baritric surgeon did my 6 month eval and it should have been my primary MD.  Oh well it is what it is.  I can say that I am finally approved and ready to go. 

Well I finally joined.  I have been on an off this site.  Dreaming, hoping from looking at pics.  I too I want to be a part of that.  I don't have surgery scheduled yet, but am on the 6 month plan because of insurance.  So it will be after the first of the year hopefully I will have my lap band.  I just hope nothing stops this from happening.  Sometimes things fall through for me and I am so hoping this is not one of them.  I must say everyone on here is very positive and really looks great before and after.
