"The staff at the hospital was outstanding! Anytime I needed anything, they were right there. It was a bit noisy at times though in the halls and with my roommates visitors. I feel they should limit the number of visitors you can have in a room at one time since the rooms are very small. At one time, my roommate had 10 people in the room with her and it became very loud. Other than that, all was well!"
"My first impression of Dr. Krause was "boy is he young!" and "he looks like Dr. Green on ER!" But as he started to talk and explain the surgery, I realized that he was very informative and very knowledgable about the entire concept and different options out there. Dr. Krause explained the history behind wls and the changes that have taken place over the past 20 years. Dr. Krause's staff was very friendly and helpful! Aftercare is very important to Dr. Krause. We talked for a while regarding the importance of it and the tests and things that would be done. We talked about the risks of surgery and the different factors that could possible play a role and what pre-cautions he and his staff take to avoid these. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Krasue and his staff."
