type 1 diabetes and gastric bypass surgery

I am wondering if there is anyone out there that has had WLS and type 1 diabetes. I have only read one or two studies of these cases, and I know they are not that common. But I know this is an area of concern with post surgical low blood glucoses. Thanks!
