I just noticed that what I wrote below in the first statement sounds as if I was NOT feeling very good one week post op. NO, NO, NO!!!! Just the opposite my friends! I feel great! My apologies for the mis-stated statement! :)

Five days post op and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't feeling very good. Tummy is still a bit tender as the staples have yet to be removed, but I have made it a point to walk everyday since surgery for a minimum of 15 minutes. I do believe it has made all difference in the world! Getting up and about I feel has been crucial in my overall good feeling. No other problems but getting used to the 'sipping' instead of 'drinking' part takes some practice! Thanking all of you again who have been so phenomenally supportive! Your prayers and well wishes I truly believe made my surgery the success that so far, it has been!

In all things Remember,that the one above loves you,that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you,that you be given strength, endurance,love,peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room,know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too.
