Having trouble please help

on July 29th, 2008 I had lap-band surgery. So far I lost 30 lbs. I had an infection and could not get a fill I haven't lost anymore weight in the last three weeks. Any suggestions? 10 more pounds will bring me to my first goal. I feel like I am struggling.
