Annette: I am sending good wishes your way. I am also a fresh post op, my surgery was just April 18th and I am doing very well, and really did not have any major pain at all. Get up and walk as soon as you can and do the incentive spirometer, exercise to get your lungs moving. You will do great. Take Care and God Bless. Diana
