It's been awhile since I have stopped in to check the boards and just thought I'd post the latest with my journey. I had to have 3 fills before I felt ANY restriction and so that was 3 months without much of a loss at all. My band is 11cc and with the 3rd fill, I was at 8cc filled. Made a huge difference. I have now lost 17 lbs in the month since my 3rd fill. Hope that is an indication of good wt loss coming. I was discouraged and already thinking I had spent the 13,000 for nothing. Anyway, it's great to see so many of you having such a good wt loss and fun times rediscovering yourselves. On my way, slowly but surely, lol... 

Well, I am just over 2 weeks out and I lost 10# in the first week. Wasn't excited for long tho. Gained most of that back within the next week. My dr. doesn't put any fill in with surgery so I started eating things I shouldnt have and it shows. I couldnt help myself. I was staying hungry!! I wont kick myself for too long b/c all i can do at this point is start back over and lean on God and friends for strength to stay strong during temptation. Of course, it hasnt helped matters that i have been at home and havent started back work (something to keep me busy and distracted from food). I start back this friday tho so maybe i can get back into the swing of things. Wish me luck as i'll be doing for all you guys...
