Hi Friends

I started my journey in May 2007 and have been successful! I started out  bursting out of a size 18 (more likely I was a 20) and became a size 4.

I recently gained some weight back due to my stupidity. I moved in with my long term boyfriend and we both own our own homes and had a lot of stuff. It has been a few months and we are still combining stuff and tossing and donating and living less than ideal. We both work full time and I've got my beautiful little 7 year old with me more than half the time. I've gotten lazy with meal planning and exercising. I've started to snack since I have nothing planned in the future and thereby started gaining weight. It's my own fault and am here to get back on track.

Just by starting to post again and meeting new friends of the board has helped me focus.

Now you know why my ticker says 16 lbs!
