Hi my name is Ashley and I am having Rny Gastric Bypass next Monday March 2nd. I currently weigh 245lbs and I am 5'4. I gained over 100lbs with my first pregnancy b/c of thyroid issues 5 years ago and I can't seem to loose the belly fat for nothing.  I am tired of looking like I am still pregnant. I also want to make sure that I am living a healthy life so I can be here for my kids as long as I can be.  I am 22 years old, married and have two little boys.  I am really excited but scared also.  I really hope I can do this right since I have failed so many times at all the other diets.  Any advice is welcome.  I feel like There is so much I still don't know.  Thanks for the support.
