I am currently on the full liquid diet, preparing for my surgery.
I already feel like it is really difficult to eat only liquids, I feel discouraged.
Is it going to be this hard after surgery? I don't know if my body isn't used to no caffine or sugar, but I have had a bad headache since I started the full liquid diet and I am not sure why...nerves maybe?
I really feel ready for this surgery, but I am so scared.
