So i'm begining to feel lots better today!  I'm making sure i walk as much as i can and keep drinking water.  since i left the hospital i havnt been eating as much jello... why? what for?  it just makes me feel sick... i eat maybe half a cup of jello a day... is that bad?  i'm drinking about a liter of water a day which the doctor said would be a good amount.  but then something else i read said drink a cup every hour??  WTF?  i dont know if i could manage... hmm     also i havnt used any of my liqued vicoden today which obviously says i feel much better!!!!     Tuesday i get my stapples taken out adn i'll be going back to work on Saturday! 

So i'm pretty nervous .... and excitted....  I had my post opp today and everything went great.  I'm sitting in my hotel room right now, and doubt i'll get much sleep tonight.  =)   I'm so happy that I found this site when i was browsing online ... everyone I have talked with has been so helpful and supportive!!  THANKS TO YOU ALL!!!!   Its great since I could search for others with the same surgery date as me!  Now we can all keep in touch!!  

So they changed my surgery time from 9am to 1:30pm.  which is fine.. i get to sleep in a little bit now LOLOLOL  I know everything will turn out great,  this is just a HUGE change and it will all be worth it in the end when i look in the mirror and see the person ive become!

Wow  okay so i'm getting my gastric bypass on the 26th.  Now thats its happening i'm started to get scarred....  I never thought it would happen so fast!!!!   One minute i was approved my insurance then i called to see what my next step was and BOOM they had a cancellation for the next week and asked me if i wanted to come in!!  I couldnt belive it...  I wasnt sure if work would let me go so fast without much notice but they were all so so nice and told me to take as long as i needed and they understand how important all this is to me.  =)   This means that by this summer i should be looking pretty damn good!  hooooray!!!   maybe just maybe i'll be able to get into a bathing suit and hit the beach???  hmmm------
