I'm home. I came home on Saturday - the 2nd - but I'm still on 24-hour IV antibiotics. And I'm REALLY tired. I didn't know it was going to be this hard - but I'm plugging along. Spoke to Autumn this evening. Autumn is out of ICU, she still cannot eat or drink anything and has a NG tube. Her throat is sore, which is to be expected. She expects to be in the hospital until Monday.

I spoke with Autumn's mother this morning and she is still in ICU and from what I can tell she had a leak so the doctor had to go back in yesterday 9/23/04 afternoon and repair the leak. They think she might have to stay for three weeks (I hope not). Please keep her in your prayers and thoughts for a speedy recovery. I also want to say how amazing it is that the people in Ca have bonded as a family and the words of encouragement are wonderful, it is great that we all feel like we are family.
