Since August 6, 2009 many things have changed! The best change, my weight! I am down now to 295 & have lost 113 since then! Things are going so-so! Since the surgery I have developed an ULCER! That really does suck, but I am going on with it.

Well, I am now 4 weeks out of surgery from Dr Ryan Moon @ St Luke West. Things went really well & I am extremely please. I have now lost 45 pounds in that time. Couldn't have asked for anything better then this. So far so good!!

Day 1 of liquid diet, 10 days out

Liquid diet is no fun! & it has only been through lunch on day 1. But I am bound & determined to get through this. So, on I shall go! 
Only time will tell in the long journey ahead of me. I look foreward to the end picture, a new healthier & more energetic me. Life will be good!
