Dr. Maillefer has refered me to another physican Dr. Joseph M. Vitello in Chicago because my HMO Health Alliance would not pay for him. I woud like to say that I think that Mr. Maillefer has an excellent bedside manner and his nurse Shari could not have been nicer or more helpful. So far I have had my physc. test, my ultrasound, and a colonoscopy. I am waiting to meet my new physican and completion of the remaining requirements.
