Just talked to Barbara. She was hoping to go home today, but didn't get to because she had some vomiting last night. They think it might be a reaction to stopping some medication she had to stop before surgery, so they put her back on that today and put her IV back in. If she's still nauseated tomorrow, they might do an upper GI, but Dr. Dewitt really doesn't think it's anything to do with the surgery. Please keep Barbara and her husband in your prayers!

Barbara's surgery went well yesterday. Dr. Dewitt did the surgery lap, and she is doing good today. She is sore, which is to be expected, but has been up and walking per doctor's instructions. She's got a great attitude, does her research, and has lots of support--I know she will do great after she gets home!!!
