Goomorning All. 
                           I need help. I am 4and a half years post surgery and I have started to gain weight back. About 50 lbs back!! I need some help from all of you to get back on track. I have been going through alot in the last couple of years and started gettin back into my old habits. Well going to let you go for now. Hope to hear from you.
