Starting the Journey

Here I am....starting the journey that I have been
thinking about for the last year....I have been going
to the Dr. monthly to 'hopefully' satisfy my insurance
company....The first education meeting that I could
get into is June 4th, how depressing, I don't know
what I was expecting....snap my fingers and it just
happen? I know I sound depressed and I'm usually
an upbeat person, you'll see...but yes, for right now
I am a little down in dumps....I'm tired of being out
of breath when I walk....my back hurting....no energy...
and all the other things that go along w/ obesity....
I am 5'5" and 242 lb. When I married my husband
19 almost 20 years ago I was 125 lb......what happened?
Well...let me move on to fix this profile....I'll update
as my journey continues....
