So I went to all of the doctor's appointments and I have "homework" from my last pysch appointment. I have to write down everything regarding anything that's put into my mouth. It makes sense, she said that she might approve me on how I do this month. I nevous and upset about it at the same time. I thought that what I put into my mouth was my NUT's job or at least more so my NUT's job. I'll do the homework and will not try to get too upset until my next appointment which is on October 25, 2007. I seriously, have 13 days left to go!

Hello~
I'm now trying very hard to work on better eating habits as I and my doctor would like me to lose 13 pounds before surgery. I would love to lose more but I'll take what I can get. I have my psych appointment on September 27, 2007. I meet with my regular doctor on September 28, 2007 and then I meet with a dietian on October 2, 2007.
I was excited at first that I had made the decision to have WLS and now I have a range of emotions from excited, nervous, scared, and worried. It's crazy! I'm still going to do it because I want to be healthy for my children and my husband!
