Well today i went to my first appt. with the diet person and found out that I have lost 4 pound over the pas t 2 weeks. Its not much but it is a start. I will most likely be on a liquid only diet for about 3 weeks before my surgey, but thats ok. As long as i am working to my goal of getting better.
