So I haven't posted in a while so I figured it was time to do so. For some reason I am in a rut. I can't seem to loose weight and I have even gained back 2 lbs. I don't know what is going on but I just don't seem motivated anymore...it's to early to be starting this but I don't know how to get out of it. My sister is 9 months pregnant and is having some complications...everyone in my family is major stressed out and I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not...but I've been like this for about 3 weeks now...and it sucks! If anyone knows a way for me to get out of my rut please feel free to tell me! Hope everyone is doing well!! God bless y'all!

I went back to my doctor today and I got a good report. Since my fill I have lost 5 lbs. which puts me at 14 lbs in all. I'm feeling better since my 2nd surgery about my decision to have weight loss surgery. I've started back exercising and I feel wonderful. I'm almost in a size smaller already and it feels great! Thanks for all of your support and sweet comments! I'll try to keep everyone updated! Much love from me!

Well today I am 5 days post op from my 2nd surgery from lap band. Everything went well during surgery and Dr Bilton was able to secure down my port really good and fill my band while he had me opened up. I weighed this morning and had only lost 1 lb since the surgery but hey at least it's not a lb gained!!! I'm hoping to stay focused and not get frustrated b/c I get that way very easily! Thanks for all of your support!

Well today marked my 9 weeks post op from lap band and it seems that I'm having some complications! I went 2 weeks ago to Dr Bilton to get my first fill and he couldn't find the opening to my port. I got some x rays done and went back and he still couldn't get to it. I went back today to Radiology to have him try it that way doing the x rays while trying to get to my opening and it didn't work again. It seems as though my port has come a loose on one side and isn't secure anymore and it's tilted making it hard for my doctor to get the needle in my hole! I'm going tomorrow am at 9:30 for surgery again. He's going to open me up and secure back down my port and while he's in there he's going to go ahead and fill my band for me! I'm frustrated at the point but I'm trying to remind myself that everything happens for a reason!! I hope this time it'll work and soon my weight will start dropping off. At this point I have only lost 12 lbs and I should of lost 20 +. It's ok though...I'm going to get it fixed and soon start "over". Thanks for all of your support through this hectic time in my life!!
