Hi Beth. I know you are having a hard time right now and beating yourself up pretty bad. But the fact that you know you are fighting food demons makes you miles ahead of the game. Throw away the junk or at least have someone lock it away out of your sight. Remember it takes 3 days of being good to get rid of cravings you will have from binging. So just set 3 one day goals of letting your body clean out! You can do this and you are worth the fight. By the way...tell hubby he doesn't want me to come up there! Buy these they are on sale....sheesh! You'll be fine girl.

I am very happy for you. Are we alowed to drink boost? I have been drinking boost for over 1 year now and was on TPN feeding through my peg. On top of being fat! I have chronic bowel obstructions and see a pain managment doctor. Any way, my boost has 26 grams of sugar. I thought we were not allowed sugar? Can you let me know. Thanks, Best of luck. Hi Beth, You sound like you are doing good! I don't think they reccomend the Boost because of the high sugar levels. I got my detour bars at GNC and they also have good protien powders there, ask and they will advise you. Take care Beth. DE
