"Dr. Mckinney was awesome!!! Only problem I had was his insurance person, Joni. She would not listen to me. She would not call the right people at the insurance company. I got a call that I had been approved and they set a date for the surgery. The friday before my scheduled surgery date, I got a call from Joni, stating that the insurance had not approved it so I got on the phone myself and worked on it and on the day of the Surgery, I met Joni in her office and she made a few calls and somebody gave her an approval #. So I had my surgery, but I finally got a call 3 weeks AFTER surgery from the insurance Co. stating they were going to pay for it. Joni was horrible to work with and in fact told me that I did not need to tell her how to do her job, but she obviously did not do it right. I was just very lucky that Insurance is going to pay for this!"
