Well it's been six months.
Everything going good . " knock on wood "
I have lost 157 lbs just can't belive it but i had to alot to loose.
My bmi was 56 now it's a 37
clothes 50 pants to a 40
5 xl shirt to a 3xl
bp meds cut in half
I would do it all over again
