"I met Dr. Samuel under unique circumstances. He was very supportive of my situation with my previous Dr. We talked for about a half hour. He even rearranged his personnal schedule to allow me to have surgery on the day I wanted it. I told him it was not necessary, but he insisted. Great bedside manner. The whole staff at U of I was excellent. They were friendly, very helpful and most of all, very accommodating."
