Well let me write something on here its been about two weeks since my surgerey. I'm doing ok  have to get use to everything all over again. I had the sleeve done in Mexico  and everything was great the hospital  was really nice the doctor and his staff were very friendly and proffessional. I can feel the wieght coming off i refuse to get on a scale just yet. i want to wait until a month out.   I have turn my garage into my home gym so i do lite lifting,and walks for now. I feel great and full of energy sometimes and my appetite has decrease i don't have that heavy urge like i once did before the surgery. Well OH Family keep me in all your prays and  i will do the same. until my next blog ..   Much LOVE!!!
