Surgery went well, came home on 12/23. Recovery is coming along fine. I never noticed how many food commercials there are on TV! It can be maddening!!

Surgery will be 12/21/09 and I am so excited! I know it's going to be a long process and this is one of several tools needed to be successful, but it will be a catalyst in moving in a new and positive direction. Any advice for making recovery easier in the first few weeks?
