I am a 32 year old mom of two and I have been married for seven years. I have been overweight for about 15 years of my life. Before that I would say that I was just on the healthy side. I have tried all kinds of diets and have been successful for a short period of time and then gained it all back plus some. I feel like its time for me to take control of my life. I want to be healthy for my sons and my husband. My BMI is 50.1 right now. I am scared that I am killing myself slowly with food and need to do whatever I can to save my life. My time is now. I am my own miracle.
