Does anyone know how to edit your profile so I can add my surgery date & type of surgery? I can't seem it figure out how to do that. I want to appear in the lap band group instead of the general group. Hoping to find some friends to talk to.

How does one acquire friends on this site? It would be nice to have someone to chat with.
I have 2 weeks to go before my lapband surgery on 2/22/07 and it feels like the time is dragging. I've been reading profiles & I can't help but wonder if I will be successful at this or be one of the ones who lose slowly & get discouraged. If anyone has some tips on how to lose quickly....they would be greatfully appreciated.

I just heard from my surgeon's office that all my paperwork is in....my chart has been submitted for review & I should be called in a couple of days to discuss a surgical date. I'm hoping to be scheduled the 3rd week of February because I have that week off.
