A BIG WOW MOMENT FOR ME ! I WENT TO THE STORE TO BUY A PAIR OF JEANS, I HAVE BEEN HAVING THE BAGGY PANTS SYNDROME FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW AND WELL I WANTED A NEW PAIR FOR NEW YEARS EVE HUBBY AND I WERE GOING TO THE CASINO TO RING IN THE NEW YEAR AND I WANTED SOME JEANS THAT FIT. SO I GO TO SEARS LOOKING AT JEANS AND MY MOM IS WITH ME AND I HELD UP A 14 SHE SAYS HMMMMM MAYBE TRY A 12 SO I DID JUST FOR GIGGLES I DID NOT FOR A MINUTE THINK THEY WOULD FIT! BUT LOW AND BEHOLD THEY SLIPPED RIGHT ON AND FELT LIKE THEY WERE MADE FOR ME. I WAS SO EXCITED!!!!! I COULD NOT WAIT FOR HUBBY TO SEE ME IN THEM. WELL HE WAS SO HAPPY FOR ME. HE TOLD ME I LOOKED GREAT AND TO BE HONEST I FELT GREAT! SO IN 7 MONTHS I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 131# AND WENT FROM A 24-26 TO A 12 AND I AM HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY I CAN NOT THANK DR GLUCK ENOUGH!! ............WELL JUST ONE MORE THING TO SAY!


HAPPY NEW YEAR!

                

I feel GREAT! I have lost 120# It is a very good feeling to be able to walk and not be out of breath. I have had no problems with anything i eat all meat and veggies i have not tried pasta and breads I really do not want them at this point I want to lose another 45# after that maybe i might try some but for now this is working great for me so I will stick to what i know works. I will update again soon.

Well this have been an exciting journey. I am now 5 months post op and i feel great! i have lost 110# i AM 2# TO UNDERLAND i can not wait to get under 200 it had been years.. I feel great I have had no problems at all i have been able to eat all meats with no proplem I am able to get in all my liquid and my protein daily. I walk everyday and its wonderful i used to even hate to get up and walk across the house. I have gone from a size 24-26 to a 14-16 I thank Dr Gluck everyday when i get up. He is such a great man. well i will post again soon.

well where to start ...I Had my 5 week check up yesterday but it is 6 weeks tomorrow since i had my surgery . i have lost a total of 60 # 20 before surgery and 40 since i feel a ton better already  I have more energy than i have had in a very long time i am so excited i can not wait to feel normal.
to be able to shop in the reg womens clothes man i can't wait!!! well more later

well it has been 2 weeks and i am feeling good my surgery went well. My recovery in the Hospital was fantastic Mercy Health Partners Hospital ROCKS. the staff was wonderful and very helpful. I would give my service a big 10 !  Dr Gluck is a GREAT . what a great caring man. i would recommend him and mercy to anyone who asks . my last 2 weeks have flown by I am still on my liquid  diet but that is fine i do not get hungry at all i get 62gms of protein a day and at least 64 oz of liquid in a day. things are running pretty smooth i WILL UPDATE AGAIN SOON!

i am getting excited!! and nervous. in 2 days i will be on my liquid  diet and then 14 days later i will begin my new journey to a new and healthy life!

I GOT IT MY SURGERY DATE!!!!!!!! IT IS MAY 14TH I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!! THE COUNT DOWN IS ON.

I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING I NEED TO DO I AM JUST WAITING FOR A DATE FOR MY NEW LIFE TO START! I CAN'T WAIT! I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!
