            What a  great  day in the  neighborhood!

I  have  lost  101  now  and  feel  good.  Most   days  are  great   but  today  only  good!  I  twisted  my  left  knee   Sunday  on  a  flight  coming  home  from  Chgo  and it  is  no  better.  Yesterday,  I   slightly  slipped  in  the  shower  and  hurt  it  again.  RATZ

Sheesh, I am afraid to weigh in the am, but I WILL.  Too many options to eating unhealthy there but oddly enough, when I got home I got back on track.  When I left last week I was down to 245.  It feels great!

I am so down and out and I decided maybe a weight loss would help me feel better.  I did just weigh and by golly I am down to 257.  Wow!  I am happy about that at least.   I just took my Cymbalta and Wellbrutrin, maybe I will feel better in an hour or so.  I sure hope so.

It has been one year today since I saw the love of my life, Tony.  I am sick inside and I can not get out of bed either.  My gawd, I miss him so much. It was one year ago today that my daughter, Andrea and I went to NYC to see Elton John and The Color Purple.  Tony had been transferred to Ct, from St Louis and he came to NYC to see us.  He hated it there.  He was miserable, sad and little did I know, suicidal.  Six short weeks after I saw him, Tony took his life by a self inflicted GSW with his service revolver.  I was the last one to talk to him before he dissappeared into a park and was never heard from again.  He was found dead the next morning by his boss.

I had called his boss twice to tell him I was very concerned about him. Please refer him to employee assistance.  He thought that would cause more harm than good and, never sent him for help.

I miss him so much I ache inside and out.  He told me he loved me and missed me and then he was gone.

Lost 4 pounds on vacation!

I was shocked when I came home from Mexico and lost 4 pounds!  I not once over ate BUT did not always eat low fat, low carb.  I was there for only 4 days and the sun, sand and ocean was marvelous.

Bought a new scale

Due to the fact I threw away my scale, I decided to buy one at Sams the other day. I have left it in the box unsure if I wanted to go nuts over a number again for some time now.  Tonight, I opened it and set it up.  I now weigh 269 and bmi is 46.............DOWN 64 lbs since Nov 1, 2007
wow...........what a gift.  I have been so mentally hungry today too. Just an emotional day thinking about the one year anniversary of Tony's suicide.  March 2 will be 10 months since I heard his voice.  I miss him terribly.
