I wanted to write and wish Anna well. She was admited last Tuesday with Problems Due to the lap band tubing! Wish you well and Hope to see you on here again soon!

I had a great workout this am with my step mom anna, I cant wait to go again in a few days. I am going to take it slow so that my bosy can adjust to it but i think I will be ok. I have a lot more energy today.

I just found out i am fully covered for the local gym so i am going to go and get my workout on starting tomorrow! i am so excited now I know i will meet my goal!

The doc said that i was doing great and that i should just keep up the good work, he does want som lab work done though. He said i wont ask about exercise because i can see you have your hands full ( I had my 2 yr old becky with me) and I said nope dont have a problem in that department with her and her brother. All went well today, according to them i have only lost 78lbs but my scales say more so that is what i have been posting on here. I bought a brand new scale after surgery so i know it is acurate! Hope everyone has a good day tomorrow and be safe with the storms comming in!

I wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! I had my goal set to 260 by Christmas and I actually weighed in today at 260.0!! I am so excited I am 20 pounds now from losing a whole hundred from where I started. MY new goal is to get down to 200 by easter! Wish me luck that will put me at exactly a hundred and forty lost since August!

Well I have made it with a few road blocks along the way but I am here! I have had mersa twice which was a risk for me with the surgery anyway. I went to Curves Saturday with my step mom and I am going to join it. I just have to wait on them to find out if my insurence covers it, other wise about 36 or 37 out of pocket isnt to bad. I have lose almost 35 to 40 lbs now since surgery according to the docs. I am so happy I would do it all over again. I am starting to actually feel better about my appearence with out my clothes now and am glad that I had the surgery I would definatly do it all over again in a heart beat, even knowing what i know now then. To me it has been a long journey but I know it has just begun and I am happy to be going this route and would be happy to go this route again. I just wish that some of my other friends and family seen the great reward in all of it instead of the nasty side effects. This was my first major surgery so maybe I am talking it up a bit but you know Maybe in the long run I have saved myself a bunch more surgery's in the future too. I am going to be building up a body that has never had the workout that I am about to put it through but I know deep down inside that my mom is beeming with joy because I have made a better way for myself and my family. I will live years longer than she did hopefully and be just as happy if not happeir and I know she would want me to do what ever I can to prolong my life to see the things my kids do that she didnt get the chance to see us do. Well I will let you all go for now and try to write more later@ I also hope to get new pics up soon but I dont know when.

Well things have really changed for me. I am losing about 5 to 6 lbs a week which is good I think. I weighed myself today i weigh 314 BIG IMPROVEMENT. I can actually get my jeans zipped without laying down now wwwwaaaaaahhhhhoooooo! Today is also my first day of school I am excited about that too! I did run into some complications along the way. I wound up haveing one of my mersa flare ups which had to be lanced but I am not letting it get me down! I am going to go full steam ahead untill I get everything I want to accomplish plus if I can. I will be darned if I will let anything stop me now that I am on a roll! The diet is going pretty well, I am on solids already and doing good I have only gotten sick a few times but then again I think that is because I also got bronchitis and a sinus infection on top of everything else. Otherwise I think I am doing great! I seen my step mom and dad for the first time since after surgery about a week ago and they said that they were glad to see me that I looked good and that I seemed to be on the mend. Well I will get off of here for now and get on with checking my mail and getting ready for school!

I had my surgery on the 14th, and boy am I in Pain but in the end I believe it will all be worth it. I have my meds now and just have to take them. I had a complicated surgery because when I finally came to they said that i had a hernia that if they hadnt removed it I would have either been back in for emergency sugery or died in two weeks. I am trying to adjust to my diet and I think I am doing fairly well. They said that they think I am doing remarkabley well for having the complications and things. I waqs up walking that same night and sleeping most of the day. I was up walking about twice a day. I think I am doing well too counting what I have been through. I am about to go to the bathroom and bed right now though and see if I can get the pain to go away as much as possible. It is hard to believe I was looking forward to this a few days ago but then again I didn't know I had a hernia on top of everything then either. I know it gets better I just have to get past the road bumps and do what I can.

Well the day I have been waiting for is finally about here. Tomorrow is my surgery, I cant wait I am so excited. I have to be there by 6 am, and will have the actual procedure about 7:45. Then my new life begins. No more over weight! I am hoping that by this time next year I will be a totally different person and can live a longer happeir healthier life than I would have before. I am shooting for a bikini by next summer but I dont know yet we will see. If so I will be so happy because I have always wanted to be thinner and now I am getting my chance. I just hope my body will withstand everything. I already started most of my meds I will be on so I am all set to go. I hope I was supposed to anyway. I dont want to screw this up that is for sure and I figured that maybe just maybe if I give my self that extra boost before surgery that I will be better in the long run. I dont know exactly when I will be able to get back on here so I am just going to say i Will shoot for the day after but who knows. I dont know if I will be able to ahve my laptop up there they may tell me I cant so we will see how everything goes and if I cant have it up there then I will write another blog as soon as I can.

I am really proud of myself, I have four days till my surgery and even though I know I didn't lose all that much it feels like I have acomplished a miracle. I LOST 4 LBS. Whooooo hooooo! I am really proud of myself. That is more than I have ever lost in a week before. I am so glad I decided to do this surgery. Now I know I have found something that works for me. The people that live with me has decided they want to lose it too but they are doing a calorie counting diet. Lets see how far they get versus how far I have gotten. My husband decided he told me to try it too but I don't know how long that will last. I also weighed my kids today, Kody weighed 52 lbs, not to bad I think for a 6 yr old and little becky weighed 25 lbs, not to bad for a 2 yr old I don't think. I also got most of my vitamins too, I am going to start them tomorrow so it at least get a chance to get in my system maybe. I am only missing one vitamin and walmart has them but I wasn't sure it was the right ones so I will have to get them sometime this week. I am just so excited that I lost what I have, my step mom was asking me if I felt any different today and now I can verify that I have. I have lost a few of the pounds. I am going to snap some more pics on the 13th so that I can show people the weight loss surgery helps, I am already seeing results so that is a miracle in its self. Well I will try to get back in here before I go to the hospital with an update so lets just see how far I get.
