 Had 3 more cc put in my band for a total of 9 cc in a 11 cc band. Have not been doing so well this month only down 1 pound. Had 2 birthdays with a lot of out to eat this month. I think I also have been doing a lot of grazing. Will have to ask myself "Are you hungry" If the answer is no I will have to walk away maybe even run!!!!! Will post updated pictures later. Have been trying to go on bike rides when the weather is nice. Going 8.5miles when I do get out. Clothes fitting better. down 2 sizes now. 20 down to a 16. 43 pounds lost total (6 month pre-op diet included) and 13 pounds since surgery.

 Down 41 pounds total, this includes my pre-surgery diet. down 12 pounds since surgery. Had 6 cc put in my 11 cc band. Everything going good. 

 3/21/12 My wt. loss has stalled. I have not lost anything for the last 5 days in fact gained 0.6lbs today. No fill in my band so everything goes right through. I am hungry all the time. I have been walking a mile a day for 6 days now. Will try to speed up my pace and hopefully that will help with some weight loss. I can't wait for the first fill in 2 more weeks. I will be going back to work on 3/26 so that will help also as I am on my feet a lot.

  3/14/12 Losing at least a pound a day. Down to 200.4 today. Tomorrow hopefully I will be below 200!!!! Haven't been there in awhile. So far, I have had a pulling/pressure at the bottom of my sternum. Was told this will last a couple weeks. Pain- up to day 4 was taking pain meds regularly. Day 5 no pain med at all, but today feel like I might take some liquid tylenol, incision site hurting more. Have no appetite though, but eating my protein. Getting my water in is different as I feel that is all I'm doing is drinking as I am on liquids this week. Hopefully once I go to more solids  I will be drinking more. Taking stool softner and fiber to help with constipation. All in all not a bad start.
