Big Weight Gain !!!

It's been a long time since I have been back on Obesity Help... I managed to control my weight for 10 yrs... But I started drinking Coke, it helped with my nausea from Anxiety Attacks... And a terrible craving for sweets... I managed to go fron 190 to 250 last week... I said that's it, I am at maxim um Density... Try to get back on track and use my tool like it should be used....???? So upset with myself....

I have spent too much time sitting around doing nothing about getting back on track.... I had lost 10 lbs, but put it back on... I would love to use the excuse that it's Medication I take, and it dOes cause weight gain?. It increases you appetite, an craving for sweets. But the time has come to get serious about the and get the weight off... I start tomorrow on my new BOTT plan...
