The time is fast approaching! Good luck... walk walk walk... deep breaths... walk walk walk... Ask for Chapstick... You can do it! Visit with the others who had the surgery down the hall from you- Tony will tell you where they are. Walk together! See you on the other side and at support group!- Mary ( 6 months out- down 80 pounds)

Hi Myra we were sitting next to each other today, sorry I didn't introduce myself, but Hi I am Teresa. I was so caught up in what Tony and Lisa were saying that I could not focus on anything else. I left the hospital today in serious prayer. I have never been so scared in my life. But I guess that this is natural 10 days before surgery.I just wonder if everyone felt the same way or am I losing my mind. Well I am hoping that you are getting all the support that you need, Good luck and I will see you in the hospital.
