Hello My OH Family
I just want to say hello to my weight losing family,because I know its been a while since I have posted my progress. I went to the doctor yesterday,10/23/09,and i have lost 155 pounds since I had my surgey on 2/26/09 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That really shows how good GOD has been to me through my journey of loseing all this weight !!!!!!!!!! I feel wonderful and fantastic and all thing are possible if you believe in GOD !!!!!!!

Hello OH family, I just want to make a post and say that God is good and all the time God is good !!! This has been a very exciting journey for me! I am 2 months post-op and I have loss so much weight  to the point where I am so amazed .Yesterday 4-25-09, I went to take some pictures so I can post here on the site ,but got disgusted. I got disgusted because the clothes that i was going to take the pictures in was tooo big !!!!!!!!I guess that is what happens to you when you exercise and eat right !!!!I thank God for providing this tool for me ,because having this surgery was the best thing i could have done . So God bless my OH family and to the family members who are in the process of having any kind of surgery  Good Luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Just rember the devil is a LIAR !!!!!!!!!! 

Today  I  started the second phase of this journey ,which consists of soft foods and liquids.I am only eating 1/4 cup of food and drinking the liquids I was drinking while I was on the liquids.I  am keeping myself full by drinking these liquids  which is killing the hunger!So my OH family whose on this journey with me, lets do this thang and make this tool work for us!!!!!!!!!!!         Peace

Hello OH  Family!  Just want to let my people know that this liquid diet can be o.k. that if you are drinking the right liquid.  I am drinking alot of crystal lite, Thank you MZ.Royaltz for the suggestion on the crystal lite, which really quinch my thrist!Sign up for the gym today ,so its really getting ready to hit the fan for sure!  But i better wait and get permission from  my surgeon on Friday-3/6/09,which is my 1 week post -op, if i  could       start at the gym on Monday-3/08/09.I am ready to work  this tool of mine with a passion, in order to acheive my goals, which i know will come quick  by  me doing the right thing ! So my folks please keep me in you prayer , because I know for sure that I can do all things through Christ who strenghten me!    Amen   

Hello my OH family. I am just getting home from surgery today2/28/09 and surgery was a success! My surgery was performed on Friday2/26/09.Every thing went well ,because i did not experience no pain.The only pain i felt when the doctors inserted my IV. My sorgery was done by one of the best surgeon in the world, Dr.JAMES GIVENS out of Columbia S.C.He is the best ! Thanks for yall prayers,because they were most defintely answer,because the devil is a liar! I am  starting my all liquid diet which seems really exciting. I have taken some picture which i will soon post, so yall be om the look out!  

Wow this journey hs been fast ! I receive a call from my suregeon office saying my time for my surgery has been changed.Insted of my surgery being 10:20am,it has been changed to 8:20am!That means I will be the first one on that table that morning!The only thing I can say is that God is good all the time and the Lord works in miracle ways!So my OH family please keep me in yours prayer.

Hello my OH family. Just want to let everyone know I am back on track again,after losing my father.I buried my father 2/18/09 and had my IVC filter placed 2/19/09. It was very hard , because i was thinking about my father while i was waiting for the surgeon to come get me.    But thank God every thing went well and the surgery went well!  So my big day is next Thursday 2/26/09 so please keep me in your prayers.

Today i lost my father. And beening on this pre-op diet is really kicking my but ! So i am asking my OH family to pray for my family,because we really do need it now.And also pray that i continue to follow my pre-op diet,which is very important to me on this journey!  

Yesterday 2-10-09, I visit my surgeon for all my schedule appointment , and all went well!  DVT,EKG, Cartoid Ultrasound , and a 2 hour pre-op class, all went extremly well ! Today I am starting my pre-op diet,which is consist of these nasty shakes ! I sure hope I handle it because my stomach is starting to growl ! But i will keep my OH family update on my journey, so please keep me in your prayers, because my time is almost here. Love you all !
