My story is as simple as time. I love food. I eat food. I gained weight and really didn't care that I did. Got diabetes oh i say who cares it's fixable take a pill. but surely don't quit eating. At 42, I am on 5 different meds for diabetes, 1 med for High blood pressure, 1 med for High chlorestoral, and I have been diagnosed with Macular Edema. the Fat and sassy I don't care stuff has to quit or I DIE.... and my greatest fear my Grandson will never know me just the stories and fat pictures he will see in the future... I couldn't let that happen. I can't let my eyesight go so I couldn't see him and I can't DIE young... so Lap band surgery a new exercise regime and lots and lots of working through it.
