"Day of surgery, they made me go back home (over an hour away) and get ID, even though I had been there every day for a week before. When I got back, they said I didn't have to do that at 5 a.m.The nurses were unresponsive when I needed the pain medications; they did not help me to work when I needed to; both my parents and my partner complained to the administrators about my care b/c I was so out of it and couldn't do it - the nursing staff improved dramatically after this. I would never want to go inpatient at this hospital again."
