Well went to see Doc on the 7th and its official 299 I have not been below that 300 mark now since 1998 now remember he ways you with close on so when I came home I weighed myself on my scales and it said 299 with close off 290. Went and seen my primary Doc yesterday and when she weighed me I was 295 so it is moving right along my clothes are so baggy they will fall off if I am not carefull. Blood sugar still a little high but controlled and  my primary said probably will be normal in a couple of months which means I will nolonger take any meds. For any one who is reading my post I worked on doing this for 3 years and tried everything to lose the weight with a doctor supervising me and this was the only solution and it has been the best one.

Well here we are had a little Turkey just a couple bites that is all I could handle. Well my scales say I AM DOWN TO 300LB.S.Go to see the Doc on the 7th so we shall see what the official scales say. Wish me luck also noticed that I have been tired lately so I am going to up my vitamin intake if anyone has suggestions it would be appreciated! Till then later

Well my office visit went well by the Docs scales I wiegh 23 lbs less but as of today on my scales 35 lbs I went to the docs last thursday so i think it is possible well talk at yall soon go back to docs on the 7 of december

Had my surgey it was not bad at all Dr. Overcash is great and so is MRMC Hospital I had excellent care and everyone was really so nice and the nurses and aides were great and very understanding.I only have 2 gripes I hate the catherada and th NG tube when they come out!Guys look up when they pull out the NG tube I was told it is easier that way after they had a student take it out! But all kidding aside it has been a good experience so far going to see the Doc on the 9th.Only lost 10 lbs so far though well get back with ya after seeing the Doc.

Scheduled my surgery today after many months of hard fought battles with ignorant Insurance company "Blue Cross Blue Shield" who turned me down.So I went and took out a lone on my boat to do this very necessary procedcure.My date of rebirth as I am calling it is 10/25/06.Please pray for me who ever reads this I am excited and nervous but I believe I have done my research and have met with my surgent twice just because I had more questions after the first visit with him. Unkow you never can remeber all of them when you go for the first time.I called his office up and Patrice the angel on the other end of the phone said come on in Monday and we will fit you in.So I did.After talking with Dr. WM Overcash for the second time I had some financial questions and he told me to speak with Patrice he does not handle the money just the medical lol.Patrice was with another patient at the time so we were waiting and Dr. Overcash came out in the long and just sat down and started talking not about my up coming surgery but just about neiborhood stuff and were I work just general everyday conversation.Then I here Patrice call my name and I excused myself but not till he said take care and we will see you soon.Now I do not know if the rest of you have had that type of experience with your Doc's but it maid me more at ease just for this apparently busy man to just come out and spend time with me just pardon the pun chewing the fat. After all said and done I was scheduled for my procedure and I am patiently waiting.Best thing is he did not even charge me for the second office visit.Now how many Doctors due that.Well got to go but I thought I would share my thoughts.I will post some pics later after I have done this yes old and new.Just not ready for everybody to know who I am till I am ready.
