 Well where do I start, 5 months ago I had a VSG performed on me in Mexico, and I really wasn't sure of what I was doing, but I knew I had to do somethinh or I was surly going to die if I continued following the same lifestyle. 
   Well the vsg was a success and I haven't looked back. I have a vibrant life back I am much healthier than before, and I hope the future holds more improvments.
