I am a 41 year old mother of four. I work part time at the local hospital. I have been overweight all my life and finally have had enough. I want to be here to see my youngest graduate and be here for my grandchildren.
I had my first assesment at the weight wise clinic in February after a two year wait to get in.
I found the modules to be very helpful renforcing stuff I already knew but chose to ignore.
Genetics are against me but am still at fault as well.
