On My Way.....

My WLS journet started in April when I finally decided that I had had enough of being fat, tired and unhealthy.
I have done all of the usual diets over the years and lost and gained hundreds of pounds. It is a familiar story.
I had some ups and downs with Insurance coverage, but I finally made it and had my surgery on Nov. 5th, 2007.
This has been the best decision I have ever made. I can already feel the difference in my body and how I feel about myself. 20 pounds down, 100 to go!!!
I want to be an active, healthy mom to my 6 and 7 year old.
This is the beginning of a new way of life!
