Not getting too full 6 days post op lap band HELP!!!!

Lap band surgery was on 4/7/09, not getting too full, do I have to wait for my first fill? Also any Ideas on what i can eat, anything crunchy sooooo sick of the mush
when can i go back to work ?

I am having the lap band on april 7th I have a demanding job and can handle pain well. when can I realistically go back?
