hi i am a newbie and i just had the gastric sleeve surgery. I have always been overweight and like everyone in my situation i have used food to feel better. My weight before my surgery was 200 lbs. now it has been 2 weeks after my surgery. Dr. Aceves has been great. I highly recommend him. Now i have lost 14 lbs and it has been really difficult because of the liquid diet. Xmas is coming up and it will be a challenge - so much food - but it feels great when people notice that i am losing weight.
