"He was caring and friendly. All the staff was great and supportive. He is right to the point and doesn't waste time with you. He won't perform the surgery if there is any risk of problems. But he knows how much this surgery is needed and wanted and does everything he can to give you a good result. My only disappointment would be that on the surgery date and after in the hospital, I only saw him once. His fellows and students took care of me while he oversaw my care."
