"Dr Alvarez is a very friendly, positive, excellent surgeon. My experience with him was that I had much less pain than I expected, and was up and walking around the same day. I could almost say the whole thing was easy. Rosy and Christine were great. The rest of the staff speak spansh only and were unable to answer a concern I had in the middle of the night.
You will get little or no sleep at night. Whoever comes with you will have to sleep on the couch in your room. A note: rooms 28 & 29 are bigger.
I recommend Dr Alverez highly. I would do it again.
