"my first impression of dr. miles was formed at the required seminar before you schedule your first office visit. both my husband and i attended the seminar and we found dr. miles to be a very friendly down to earth man. he was very knowledgeable and took his time answering AII questions presented to him. what impressed me was at the beginning of the seminar he told us "at the end of the seminar i will answer any questions you may have. i will stay until all questions are answered." he covered the risks of surgery, diet, exercise, ins, aftercare and much more. i think a surgeon should have excellent skill and bedside manner. we'll see how that goes as my journey progresses. first appt. is 4/17/03. :)"
