"I was very glad to have Dr. Tanaka for my sugeon. His office staff was very helpful both pre-op and post-op. When in his office make sure you check out the big fish in the tank, they are fun to watch.
On first meeting he was very serious natured, but covered what the risks and what to expect in an easy to understand way.
While in the hospital, he was a very gental and caring doctor, with a sense of humor. He is very firm about the aftercare program, which will be easy to follow.
My only complaint being....I was not allowed to take my psych meds and spent 3 days in the hospital going thru withdrawl. I feel there needs to be more attention paid to the patients medications that are not to be stopped. I had them listed on every paper I filled out and spoke to him about them before surgery.
