help getting stated with the vsg process

So i'm thinking of getting VSG surgery but i have no idea were to start. I already called my insurance BCBS federal of California and they said they cover it 
. so were do i go from here i already made a appointment with my pcp. should i make appointment's for the psych evaluation 
or wait and see what the doctors says. please help.
